2020 has been a special year in many ways. Of course we had to skip most of the show plans we had, but nevertheless this year has been an unforgettable one for us. Here a short summary on the boys achievements in 2020.

Ch. Hannemor's Good Feeling- "Sky"

Sky was at 7 shows this year. He won his class 6 times with CAC and managed to win 3 out of 4 possible CACIB. Therefor he startet his IntCh. title. He also became Slovenian Winner-20, Winter Winner-20 and completed his first champion title: Slovenian Show Champion. Sky also passed the TAN of the Swiss Retriever Club. he is officially a stud dog now and there are already exciting plans for him in 2021!

MultiCh. Almanza Get A Grip- "Miles"

Miles had a very layed-back year, enjoying his life as a Veteran. He has only been at 3 shows. In January he had his last outing in champion class. He won BEST OF BREED at the DRC Show in Herrenberg for specialist judge Mr. Liam Moran from Ireland. What a stylish way to end his career in champion class! 

At the Dog Show Project in Switzerland he made his debut as a veteran. Both days he won vetCAC, best veteran of breed and BEST VETERAN IN SHOW. He became Swiss Veteran Champion. 

 What a marvellous comeback to the show ring after a break of 6 months!!

Tian - MultijCh. MultiCh. MultiBISS JEUW-17 Almanza Secret Of Success won BEST IN SHOW!! Amazing that he could repeat his success from last year!! 

Miles- MultiCh. Almanza Get A Grip won BEST VETERAN IN SHOW!!

"Tian"- SEU(U)CH ITCH MultiJCh JEUW-17 Almanza Secret Of Success was unstoppable!! He won another BEST IN SHOW, this time at SRA Wenden in Germany. 

He went both days BEST OF BREED, therefore he is not only DRC CLUBSIEGER-19, but also a brand new GERMAN CHAMPION VDH & GERMAN CHAMPION DRC.

We started the new show year like we ended the last one... 

"Tian"- SEU(U)CH ITCH MultiJCh JEUW-17 Almanza Secret Of Success goes BEST IN SHOW at the Dog Show Project 2019 in Münsingen, CH!!! 

To say that I am proud is an understatement... This boy just never lets me down... A great entry of Flatcoats was judged by Ms. Gemma Jacobs (Kennel Gemswin, UK), the best in show judge was Ms. Barbara Müller!

Also the other dogs we showed did great! Tian's son "Flag"- Twilight Star's Don't Break The Law won BOB Junior and ended the day as BEST IN SHOW Junior!! 

Baby "Sky"- Hannemor's Good Feeling- won puppy class, "Tosca"- MultiCh MultivetCh Jch. Twilight Star's Part Of My Life was exc2, resvCAC in veteran class. 

In Goldens it was "Mitch"- Gimme Love De La Vallée du Dragon Blanc who was the star! He won BIS-4 Veteran!! 

Sooo many things happend since February ... Impossible to list all shows and adventures we had. But I would like to mention a few highlights: 

We had a wonderful guest during spring. Almanza Back On Red Carped has joined our team for a while and we had an amazing time together. While staying with us, "Pepsi" won BEST IN SHOW at DOG SHOW PROJECT 2018, BEST OF BREED & BEST IN GROUP at CACIB Mulhouse, BOB & ENCI WINNER-18 title at the prestigious ENCI-Winner Show in Italy, 2x resCC in the UK, 2x BEST LIVER IN SHOW in the UK as well as numerous CAC's in different countries. It was pure pleasure to have her here and we all miss her terribly <3 

"Tian" - Almanza Secret of Success this boy continues to make us proud! At Crufts he won res (nr.4) in a huge yearling class, at the Flatcoated Retriever Society Show in England he was second in open which gave him his STUDBOOK NUMBER and therefor he is LIFTETIME QUALIFIED for CRUFTS! Tian won all thee CAC's at the ENCI Winner Show in Italy, so he is now ITALIAN CHAMPION. At his first and only show in Sweden he won his class with CK, became best male-3 and got the precious CERT- this makes him a SWEDISH SHOW CHAMPION as well! 

In Switzerland he won BEST OF BREED and RESERVE BEST IN GROUP at the national show in Aarau, as well as BEST OF BREED and RESERVE BEST IN SHOW at the Clubshow of the Swiss Retriever Club. 

"Miles" - Almanza Get A Grip was lightly shown this year. He won several placings at shows in the UK, as well as CAC at the Swiss Retriever Clubshow and at the Retriever show in Payern. Miles joined us to the European Show in Poland where he was shortlisted in a big champion class.

Marina and me did a crazy trip to Rijeka. It was a lovely weekend for the team.

"Let's go to Ukraine" was the starting sentense of this absolutley crazy trip... A total of 2500km, many many adventures, lots of problems to solve but all in all a successful trip to the European Dog Show 2017. Many thanks to all friends who helped to make this journey possible. Without you, we 'd probably still be in the middle of nowhere :) I'm so proud of "Floyd" and "Tian" who were the best travel mates during this endless trip. Also they showed their hearts out and we were rewarded by getting three new titles, including the precious JUNIOR EUROPEAN WINNER-2017 !! <3

This Swedish holidays where planned since a long time! So happy to go back to one of my most loved countries. Another SUPER show weekend is over! It was so nice to catch up with my Austrian friends! Saturday was showtime for my Swedish boys and they did fantastic! I couldn't be more proud of them!

Sunday I had the pleasure to held a Ringtraining in Graz. My students did great and it was a really nice morning! The plan was to drive home after the training but as Miles did so well on Saturday, we had to go back to compete in the Best In Show finals! What a great feeling to show (and own :D ) one of the ten best dogs of the weekend...

As 2016 has come to an end, it is time to sum up some of our great results and adventures of the last year! First, a big THANK YOU to everyone who was part of our great year!! <3

So here are some facts and figures about my own dogs & the dogs that I've had the pleasure to handle regularly during 2016: 

MultiCh. Twilight Star's Part Of My Life- "Tosca"

Our veteran lady had a fantastic year. She enjoyed to be back in the ring to the fullest! Tosca was shown 12 times in veteran class this year.

Everything started in March. It was the first time I showed one of my own dogs at the worlds most prestigious dogshow- CRUFTS in Birmingham. It was definitely a dream come true when our "Queen-Tosca" was "reserve" (Nr.4) in a class of 24 bitches!! Thanks again to my special friends Mercedes, Eirin & Hans Ole for driving Tosca all the way to Birmingham for me!! 

In Summer we participatet at the European Dogshow in Brussels where Tosca was just one step away of the precious title. She became 2nd in a lovely veteran class.

At ALL 10 other shows Tosca won her class and also BEST VETERAN OF BREED. She went twice all the way to BEST IN SHOW VETERAN at Clubshows. At the International Dogshow in Aarau she won BEST OF BREED among a lovely entry!

For a "special project" Tosca was entered in champion class again for some Swiss shows after she finished the Swiss veteran title. Tosca was placed 1st or 2nd on four out of 5 shows where she was entered in champion class. At the Retriever Show in Montricher she even ended the day as best bitch & BOS.

All in all Tosca could add 6 more titles to her collection during 2016:

- German Veteran Champion VDH

- German Veteran Champion DRC

- Austrian Veteran Champion*

- VDH Europa Veteranensiegerin-16

- VDH Frühjahrs-Veteranensiegerin-16

I really adore this special girl and hope she will be with us for many more years! <3

Ch. Almanza Get A Grip- "Miles"

Miles became daddy of two more litters during 2016. It is a pleasure to see his progeny growing up. I'm very pleased with them so far and the owners of his puppies seems to be so too :) Some of the puppies have already been shown successfully. 

Miles himself was shown only lightly in 2017 but still achieved some great results! He won BOS at a German Retriever Club Show, became Insubria Winner- 16 and therefore he also won the last CACIB needed for his INTERNATIONAL SHOW CHAMPION*. He finished the year with a BEST OF BREED in Austria & made one step more towards his next title.

What a beautiful end of a fantastic show year!!
